By using Request My Track, you agree to these terms and conditions. The platform is a service for DJs and guests to manage music requests.

2. Definitions

"DJ": A registered user who manages events and receives music requests.

"Guest": A visitor who submits music requests for an event.

"Platform": The Request My Track web application and all associated services.

3. Access

DJs must register with an email address. Guests can submit requests without registration. We reserve the right to deny access.

4. User responsibility

You are responsible for the content you post. You may not post illegal, offensive, or inappropriate content. We reserve the right to remove content.

5. Intellectual property

All rights to the platform belong to Ezuri Studio. You may not copy parts of the platform without permission.

6. Liability

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for damages resulting from the use of the platform.

7. Fees

The platform is currently free to use. We reserve the right to charge fees in the future.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms.

9. Changes

We may change these terms at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are posted on the website.

10. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Belgian law.
